Question 1

What is ClearScope Bid Tracker?

Accepted Answer

ClearScope is a bid pipeline app for residential contractors and commercial sub-contractors. Every bid gets a stage, a due date, and an owner — with deadline reminders, milestone checklists, win-rate insights, and team collaboration in one place.

Question 2

Who is ClearScope for?

Accepted Answer

Residential contractors and commercial / multi-family sub-contractors — estimators, owners, and office staff who bid work and need to stop losing track of invitations, estimates, and deadlines.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Founding Beta is $15/month — first month free, locked in for life, up to 5 users, with limited spots available. Core is $40/month or $425/year for up to 10 users. Team is $80/month or $775/year with unlimited users. Prices are in USD, you can cancel anytime, and your data exports with you.

Question 4

How does the beta work?

Accepted Answer

Join with a beta invite code — we include one with every beta invitation. Your first month is free, then it's $15/month locked for life as long as you stay subscribed.

Question 5

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. ClearScope runs in your web browser, and you can also install it to your phone or computer home screen like an app — it works on iOS and Android.

Question 6

Can I try it before signing up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The interactive demo at https://clearscopebid.com/demo lets you click through the real app with sample bids — no account needed, and anything you change stays in your browser.
